At PrintNicheX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we have the following return and refund policy.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Wrong Item: You received an item different from what you ordered
  • Damaged in Transit: Items that arrived damaged due to shipping
  • Quality Issues: Products that don't meet our quality standards

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products ordered with incorrect customization details

How to Request a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at info@printnichex.com
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Describe the problem clearly
  4. We'll review your request within 24-48 hours

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We'll send you return shipping instructions (if applicable)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us with your order details and we'll arrange the exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: We cover return shipping if the issue was our fault (defective, wrong item, etc.)
  • Customer Error: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
