How long does shipping take?

- Australia: 5-10 business days

Note: Production time is 2-7 business days before shipping begins.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! New customers can use code WELCOME10 for free shipping on their first order.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.
What if my order is delayed?
Shipping times are estimates. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@printnichex.com with your order number.

What are your products made of?
We use high-quality materials for all our products. Specific material details are listed on each product page. Most apparel is made from comfortable cotton or cotton-blend fabrics.
Are your products made-to-order?
Yes! All PrintNicheX products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.
How do I care for my products?
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on printed areas
- Do not bleach
What if I receive a defective product?
We stand behind our quality! If you receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Return Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our checkout.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Current promotions:

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Can I return my order?
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. See our full Return Policy.
